This project was to renew 2no heating boilers in the plant room and replace the existing pipework.

Spire carried out the following:

  • Provide access scaffolding.

  • Isolate and drain the existing system.

  • Cut out and remove galvanised steel pipework.

  • Supply and install thermostatic blending valves.

  • Clean cold water storage tank.

  • Supply and install MAG filter.

  • Complete all builders works, including making good, core holes, and decorations.
