This project involved renewing and upgrading the fire alarm system, fire doors, and emergency lighting within the school.

Spire carried out the following:

  • Installed additional detectors, sounders, and LED beacons.

  • Supplied and installed new emergency lighting.

  • Completed builders' works and made good.

  • Installed and reprogrammed all fire alarm accessories.

  • Linked the main building with the nursery and teaching block.

  • Interfaced the fire alarm system with the door entry system and introduced I/O interface units.

  • Provided all internal containment.

  • Conducted final testing and commissioning.

  • Produced record documentation.
