This project involved renewing the radiators and pipework within the school.

Spire carried out the following:

  • Removed existing heating distribution pipework.

  • Supplied and installed secondary heating distribution circuits.

  • Supplied and installed thermal insulation to new pipework and fittings.

  • Installed, wired, tested, and commissioned the complete automatic controls system.

  • Tested and commissioned new and existing mechanical services installations.

  • Completed associated builders' works.

  • Undertook redecoration of floors, walls, and ceilings.
