This project involved the conversion of an existing distribution centre into a 140,000 sqft film studio consisting of 4 soundproofed stages, 3 workshops, storage, and large office space.

Spire carried out the following:

  • External openings and installation of doors.

  • Roof repairs.

  • Concrete ramps.

  • External staircases.

  • Entrance barrier infrastructure works.

  • Office partitions, ceiling, carpentry, joinery, and decorating.

  • Toilet refurbishment.

  • Internal decorations.
