This project involved the refurbishment of existing toilet facilities and the addition of a new hygiene room. The scope included new cubicles, partitions, ceilings, flooring, drainage, as well as low-pressure hot water and heating, electrical installation, fire alarm, and emergency lighting.

Work carried out:

  • Demolition of non-structural walls.

  • Strip-out of all existing fixtures and fittings.

  • Installation of new partition walls.

  • Installation of new ventilation ducting.

  • Installation of new drainage and manhole.
