Spire Contracts has been appointed to deliver a comprehensive mechanical refurbishment at Netherthorpe School. The works involve the strip-out of the existing heating plant and distribution systems across several blocks, followed by the installation of new cascade boilers, upgraded flues, pumps, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, dosing equipment, and full BMS controls.
Our team will also be replacing heating distribution pipework, installing new radiators and fan convectors, and carrying out associated builders’ works including fire stopping, insulation, and redecoration. Testing, commissioning, and client training form part of the programme, ensuring a modern and efficient heating solution for the futur
