Conversion of existing distribution centre into a 140,000sqft film studio consisting of 4no sound proofed stages, 3no workshops, storage and large office space.
Spire carried out the following:
- External openings and installation of doors.
- Roof repairs.
- Concrete ramps.
- External staircases.
- Entrance barrier infrastructure works.
- Office partitions, ceiling, carpentry, joinery and decorating.
- Toilet refurbishment.
- Internal decorations.
